This is a quick jot this morning to post the Speedway pictures. Juj and I got down there about 10:oo a.m. under the skillful Jedi driving of Jeff Boceck. Upon arrival at the track, we finally found our seats in the Paddock Penthouse. This was our view of the race. As you can see in the picture above, I made sure Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim was well marketed at the 500.
Below is our view across.

Juj and I then strolled around the Infield for a while and suckered some guy to take our picture in front of the Pagoda. It would have been nice to have more of the Pagoda and less of this fella's rear end, but beggars cannot be choosers.

We fought our way back through the crowd to our seats and watched the balloons take flight. Our seats were pretty much across from Arie Jr. seen here in car 61. Overall, Juj enjoyed it and thought she had missed her calling. Thankfully, her driving has been tempered with a Mini-van, but not by much.
