Was a wonderful thing. It was great to see everyone and catch up. Over the weekend, I acted like a 22 year old Asburian and now this 32 year Asburian is incredibly sore and tired. As Mike said in his email to me today, "Even my eyelids are sore." Enjoy the pictures below of the reunion. If you would like to have me email you one, just let me know.
Here are points to ponder after our reunion and things that I thought about over the weekend. When we started our senior year, hardly anyone had internet access or a computer for that matter. AOL was not a common thing and an ISP was probably confused with ESP. There was no Hotmail, or instant messaging. In fact, probably most of us can remember Windows 3.11. Also, amazingly almost no one had cell phones. Think about that when you or your dates arrived at Kresge or Glide to have the front desk buzz you down, crazy. Lastly, and probably the most suprising, a men's dorm at Asbury is better than a woman's dorm, hands down.
Don't be a stranger everybody and if you are ever nearby please let us know!
