I have been terribly deficient on updating the blog but June is such a crazy busy time for us that I do well enough just to get it all done. We had two two garage sales, two Father's days, three birthday parties for Hud, and a bunch of friends' birthdays too. Hudson turning three has been so much fun. He is changing in so many ways and I am enjoying him each day. I am constantly amazed at his vocabulary and his ability to reason and think and I am already having to watch my semantics because he is getting somewhat technical with me when we discuss things. That being said, it hasn't been all fun because he has also started discovering tantrums which I must say reach the outer limits of the things I dislike - but those are still few and far between so we count ourselves lucky. I am going to try to post some pictures of the parties and other June festivities but I plan to also post some older pictures of Hud (taken from our friend Molly). It is always fun to look back to see how far we've come!
Here's the day before Hudson's birthday and the madness ensued . . . Sam is putting together the present that we got for Hud. It is a driveable full-size Lightning McQueen car. It wasn't too difficult to put together and we were able to get it fully charged by morning.
