Today we braved the new world of potty training in the "real world". Hudson and I met Sam for lunch at Michaelangelo's and it was definitely an experience.
First thing I did was place the small portable potty into the van in case we needed a stop on the way.
Second, immediately upon entering the restaurant I inquired as to where the restroom was located.
Third, we had an enjoyable conversation which was interrupted every three minutes with the question, "Do you need to go potty?"
Fourth, when Hudson makes the announcement, it is a race to the potty.
Fifth, discovering the best way to maneuver the "event" in each new restroom setting - while making sure that Hudson doesn't touch anything anywhere at any time.
Finally, thank the Lord that we made it through another adventure out and about.
